From the Land to the Plate

The common denominator of all our meals is the use of fresh, local products, cooked on site.

The Lot department is known for its culinary heritage; the meals served to you take advantage of this richness and the proximity of local producers committed to offering healthy and high-quality food.

However, while the resource is essentially local, inspiration can also take root in other terroirs or traditions encountered over the years.

You can also discover and savor wines from the Lot vineyards, crafted by passionate producers carefully selected by us. We are available to provide information on the prices of beverages not included in the meal.

Feel free to tell us about your tastes and desires, your culinary dislikes and, more importantly, any intolerances and allergies you may have.

Meals are served on the lower level, in the dining room or on the terrace, weather permitting.

Service is normally provided at individual tables , but depending on the day's reservations, we may offer you the option of sharing your table with other guests.

For dietary and organizational reasons, we will not systematically share the meal with you .

However, we may make an exception to this rule upon your request when making your reservation.

We can, of course, also recommend the local restaurants best suited to your needs and desires.

Breakfast (included in the room rate):

Breakfast is usually served between 8:00 and 10:00..

Presented in the form of a mixed continental and Anglo-Saxon buffet.

Composed of homemade jams and pastries, fresh breads and viennoiseries from our local bakery, dairy products (cow, goat or sheep), cured meats, cheeses from the local region, fruit juices and seasonal fruits.

A selection of teas and coffees will be offered, or failing that, a rooibos or a hot chocolate according to your wishes.

Feel free to fully and serenely enjoy this special moment to recharge your batteries before your day of sightseeing or relaxation.

The Table d'Hôtes (€25 per person excluding drinks):

It can only be offered as an evening meal (usually served at 7:30 pm ). In a Buffet or Tapas style during the summer and a slightly more classic 3 or 4 courses the rest of the time (starter, main course, cheese and/or dessert).

A vegetarian version is perfectly possible upon request when booking.

The Table d'Hôte can be booked every evening of the week (subject to a minimum of 48 hours' notice).

The "Picnic Basket" package (€15 per person excluding drinks):

The Picnic Basket can be given to you in the morning (after breakfast), at midday or at the end of the day.

Take it with you on your excursions or simply settle down on the property and enjoy a moment of serenity, in the shade of the foliage at midday, in the light of the late afternoon sun or in the glow of a summer evening, at a dedicated table near the spa, or even lying in the meadow, in the orchard or in the woods, in short, take the time to savor every moment with delight…

The Picnic can be booked every day of the week for lunch or for the evening (subject to a minimum of 24 hours' notice).

"The Foie Gras Option" (€30 for 2 guests excluding drinks):

For enthusiasts, it consists of Foie Gras. whole homemade at a rate of 100g per person, the jars being 200g this option is only bookable for an even number of guests.

It can replace the starter at the Table d'Hôte, fit into the picnic basket or can be considered on its own as a snack or aperitif.

The Foie Gras option can be booked at any time (or almost any time!)
